About 98% sure I have a stress fracture….going to see the team trainer tomorrow afternoon. So not only did I eat awfully bad this weekend, but now I have a bummed foot and can’t work out and work off the halloween gain.
This week I need to not go over any day and really focus, not only that I won’t be able to run :(
Legit my foot is so swollen and bruised now…I’m wicked upset. Even if it isn’t a stress fracture, I did something bad to it. POOP
