super duper annoyed

About 98% sure I have a stress fracture….going to see the team trainer tomorrow afternoon. So not only did I eat awfully bad this weekend, but now I have a bummed foot and can’t work out and work off the halloween gain. 

This week I need to not go over any day and really focus, not only that I won’t be able to run :( 

Legit my foot is so swollen and bruised now…I’m wicked upset. Even if it isn’t a stress fracture, I did something bad to it. POOP

eh whatever

I’m not really mad at myself. Which is weird, I almost should be. I ate real bad last night. It started around 9 and ended at like 1 hahaha I ate miscellenaus bites of cake, cheese puffs, annnd some halloween candy. But honestly, if I gained whatever- I don’t have official weigh in until November 23rd. Whatever I gained this weekend I can get off by then. I’m back on the horse today, and this week is going to be a phenom week eating wise for me. 

Downside of life- Woke up and could barely move my foot, any pressure was awful. It’s gotten better as I’ve been awake and hobblin around. Another awfulness- my calfs are really sore, I think its from compensating on the elliptical yesterday. Overall- my body doesn’t like me right now…

but HAPPY HALLOWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN!

a bit too ambitious and may have set me back...

I was feeling good with my runs all week. Soccer was over, I had just ran 7 miles then 10 two day break from running  thennnn 7 then 6 miles yesterday…and then i woke up this morning with a huge bruise on the outside of my left foot and could barely put any pressure on it. It’s pretty clear that it’s from running too much too fast. Over the summer I was running this far this much but I hadn’t done this since august and it’s nearly november…soo i guess it doesnt matter that when i was running i felt wonderful and fine.

So I took a day off from running again today, went super super light on the elliptical… i didn’t even feel like i worked out, barely broke a sweat which is kinda frustrating. Anyways, that’s that. I need to head up fast. I’ve been drinking my milk and eating bananas hahah wooord

Pheww what a day

Baked WW chocolate chip mini cookies for my friends bday! (boy are they mini, but you dont feel as bad when you eat 4 because thats only 2 pts….). 

Ran 6 miles, did some squats+lunges.

AND JUST HUNG OUT. Now I’m about to leave to go visit my besttttieee on her birfdayyyy :) Woooo

Side note- I have a HUGE blister on my big toe. It’s straight up disgusting….just sayin’

WOW I LOVE TODAY

Wow- today has been a great day. Woke up went to my classes, drove homeee! ran 7miles ;) went to my old hs to see the girls sectional game then got to weigh in at weight watchers with my mom like old times :D Then had sandwiches from Broadway (aka best sandwich place everrrr) and then ice cream from Gannons…Honestly best day ever…one reason beingggg BECAUSE I’M .2 LBS AWAY FROM MY WEIGHT WATCHER GOAL WEIGHT! 

STARTING WEIGHT- 201.6

LAST WEEKS WEIGHT-136.7

CURRENT WEIGHT- 135.2

loss 1.5

**Oh I should add some FITblr in this business… having a really good eating week so far, also since I ran 7miles sunday, 10 yesterday, I today I gave the legs a break and just did elliptical for an hour then went to prac (LAST PRACT WAS TODAY!), and tomorrow I’m aiming for 4 miles and it’s our last game! Senior night woootwoooot!**

Why hello long run of my lifeeee

Today I was feeling good. At 5miles I decided I WAS going to run 10 miles today. And I did it!!! 

Longest distance I’ve ever ran in my life!! Wooooo!

Sunday RUNday!

Sunday is officially SUNDAY RUNDAY (and sunday FUNday). I woke up ran 7miles and then went to HARDCORE which is a half hour spin class half hour ab class. All this was done before noon :) Feelin’ super accomplished. Now off to do homework, make a quick wally world run and meet with some girls from the team for senior night stuff. THEN HOME TO RELAX!

so i had a really early dinner and then practice outside in the SNOW from 7-830ish so anyways all in all ive been hungry all night (prob because i was so cold). so anyways just now i ate some snacks at 11oclock….wanna know what my late night snack was? CARROTS AND HUMMUS and half a banana with a tiny bit of peanut butter. i just think its so funny that THIS was my ‘binge’ or ‘late night treat’. Okay the peanut butter was the most “unhealthy” part of this.

two years ago at this time i was usually drunk and stopping at the pizza place in town or eating french fries somewhere…weighing 200+ and hating life…

i’m totally okay with the fact i went over points tonight by 2 (im guessing) because i went over on PEANUT BUTTER AND HUMMUS. yeaaah thats right :)

Weekly Weigh in!

My mom weight to our usual weight watcher meeting tonight (she reached goal in august and weighs in monthly now) but anyways she talked to my “lady” who always weighed me in and pretty much made me miss meetings and going each week to the gym with my mom and then to weight watchers. But next week I’m going home for the night then to visit my friend for her birthday- and I’m going to try and go to a meeting!! Anyways for the weekly thursday weigh in…taking place in my bathroom.. it was a success!

Starting weight: 201.6

Last weeks weight: 138.2

Current weight: 136.7

weekly loss: -1.5

Total lost. 64.9!!!!!

This was just so epic I had to take a picture (sorry about the gross feet, you know dead toenail and flat extra bone in each foot scale pix is pretty ugggo)

This means….!!! Next week when I go home I could potentially (knock on wood) hit the weight watcher goal!!!! (my goal at WW is 135, but ultimate is 130 then toning. They said to keep it at 135 so I could stop paying)

SKINNY JEANSSS!!!

So it was super rainy today so I got to gear up in my goodies. For the first time IN MY LIFE. I WORE SKINNY JEANS. They fit perfectly in my Hunter rain boots that is another purchase I am very pleased with. On top of it I was able to wear my rain coat toooo!! I was all sorts of prepared for this weather :)
